Within the town area that is near Jalan Besah Hawker Centre and City Square Mall, Farrer Park MRT station. Facilities like projector for meeting or movies, KTV, fridge, table and chairs for classes, Nintendo Switch video games, cool and chilled furniture, board games, pool table. Rules and regulation:
1. Do come and leave the event venue on time. If you require any extension of time do check with MHC an hour before your event ends. If there is a slot available, L2 will allow you to extend. In condition, payment has to be made before the extension is granted.
2. No wearing of shoes within the event spaces.
3. Smoking & E-cigarettes (Vape) are strictly prohibited within the event spaces.
4. Nice to bring your own Alcohol but you are not allowed to consume outside the event spaces.
5. Keep clean at all times and take good care of the property. Any damage found to be charged accordingly by L2. Customer is to conduct a check on the items while taking over the space. If any damage is found, they are to highlight to L2 by means of a picture sent to Whatsapp @ 98009539 for records.
6. Additional cleaning charges apply ($100) if the following is found:
a. Vomit within the spaces (Exclude the toilets and cleaning of the sofas or any other fabrics fees)
b. Spillage of food and drinks, colour stained to the furniture, floor or wall.
c. Damage to the floor, wall & furniture like scratches, holes & cracks.
7. Damage or Missing item,
a. KTV System - $600.00
b. Mic - $100.00/ piece
c. Battery - $50.00
d. Board games - $50.00/ game
e. Video games - $800.00
f. Projector - $1000.00
g. Furniture/ electrical appliance- Pay $ as per model/ brand use.
7. Refrain from excessive loud music and shouting, or having rowdy behavior. No jumping, stamping and running within the event spaces.
8. Sexual activities and use of any form of drugs is strictly prohibited.
9. Any violation or the customer did not follow any of the above mentioned rules and regulations, L2 have the rights to stop the event immediately and remove the customer from the event venue without compensating any rental fees back and forfeiture of the deposit.
10. No pets allowed.
11. No durians allowed within the event spaces.
